Shipping Policy

We usually dispatch the orders within 24-48Hrs after order confirmation and it reaches the customer in 2-7 working days depending on the location.All the tracking updates are provided on registered mobile number and Email address.

 

Return/Refund Policy

  1. Customers who want to return their order from Poshek can easily do so if the product they want to return is applicable under the following conditions: 
  • Wrong product received (incorrect style or incorrect size received which was not according to what was ordered). We will only provide replacement in this case.
  • Fit issue:
  • a) Product fit is not satisfactory, and the desired size is not available on website.
  • b) If the desired size is available then only replacement will be provided.
  • Quality Issue: If the customer is not satisfied with the quality of the product then we will provide the refund in the form of Gift card/Discount Voucher on the registered email address and it is also available inside the Return center portal .
  1. Once the product matches any of the above conditions, it is eligible for a Return and request for the same needs to be marked in the website .
  2. Return request sent over mail will not be accepted.
  3. Return requests will only be accepted within 7 days post the delivery of the order. Any request after that due to any reason will not be accepted.
  4. Return/Exchange request can be placed and accepted only once per order. Multiple request will not be entertained.
  5. Once the Return request is raised, please see the Timeline below for actions: 
  • Time taken for Return Order Pickup: 5-7 business days (arranged by Poshek) 
  • Please Note: A maximum of 3 attempts would be made for reverse pick-up against an order
  • Time taken for product inspection once it reaches Poshek warehouse: 2 days
  • Time taken to initiate refund after successful product inspection: 7 days.

 

* In a rare case, if the zipcode of a location is not serviceable by the courier partner, then the customer needs to send the shipment back to us at the following shipping address at their own expense: 665 Strafford Cir, Wayne, PA, 19087

 

  1. Before the courier partner picks up the product for Return, please ensure that the product meets the following conditions before handover: 
  • All product tags intact and in their original packaging . If the product is not in original packaging then additional courier charges shall be applied.
  • Product must be unused
  • Products must be in an unwashed and in undamaged condition

The receipt of the refund depends on the mode of payment chosen by you. Kindly see below the conditions for the same:

 

For Prepaid Online Payment:

Refund will be given in the form of Gift card which will sent only on the registered email address.Please note that due to security concerns we will not issue giftcard to any other email address. 

Please Note: The amount of giftcard will only be the final product price at which it was purchased. Credits for delivery and handling charges will not be added in the Giftcard.

 

Exchange Policy

 

  1. If you want to get your order exchanged then it should be applicable under the following conditions:

 

  • Wrong product received (Incorrect style or Size).
  • Wrong product size received (size other than that ordered and is available on website).
  • Damaged product received (in case of damaged product, the customer has to send in a video and images of the product from unboxing to the actual product).
  • Size issue (product size is not satisfactory and the desired size is available on-site). If the desired size is not available we will initiate for refund in the form of Gift Card.
  1. Once the product matches any of the above conditions, it is eligible for an Exchange and request for the same needs to be marked in the website dashboard post login.
  2. Exchange requests for size difference will only be accepted if the chosen size (larger or smaller) is available on the website. 
  3. Exchange requests will only be accepted within 7 days of the delivery of the order

Cancellation Policy

 

  1. If you need to cancel your order, please cancel the same before the item is ready to ship .If the order is ready to ship/dispatched then cancellation will not be done .
  2. Please be advised that some of the orders are shipped almost immediately and it may not always be possible to cancel.
  3. For prepaid orders, the amount paid will be credited into the same payment source from which the payment was made. This includes Credit Card, Debit Card, Wallets. The Refund will be initiated in the same bank account from which the payment was made.

Return/Refund Policy

As all the orders are Made to Order of Poshek Luxe we wont be able to to Return or Exchange any item . 

Damaged Product : If the product recieved is damaged then we would need the Video of the product from the opening of the packet till the end . Customers are advised to follow this process and we wont be able to issue refund or exchange if the clear video is not available .

 

Cancellation Policy

Once the order is Placed for Poshek Luxe products the cancellation will not be possible as the orders are immediately put into manufacturing to deliver the products as soon as possible .
